Kristin Kaddatz

Kristin Kaddatz is the co-founder of Serve Strategic Marketing, a wife, mum, educator and a passionate believer that a business is healthiest with a strong family behind it.

With a background in education, Kristin has spent over two decades creating practical systems that make learning clear and stress-free. Her background taught her that when systems are clear and manageable, people thrive — a principle she now applies to business strategy.

At Serve, Kristin combines her experience in education with her passion for family, faith, and learning. Her role is to make marketing simple, clear, and easy to implement, so that business owners can grow their revenue while protecting peace and presence at home. She works closely with clients to ensure that their brand messaging and content marketing efforts align with their core mission, goals and values.

For Kristin, true success is not just about building a business — it’s about building a family legacy filled with love, connection, and joy.

When not working, Kristin loves spending quality time with her husband, Peter and their three beautiful children, taking peaceful walks on the beach and pursuing personal growth opportunities, that can be a blessing to others.

Peter Kaddatz is the co-founder of Serve Strategic Marketing and brings extensive experience in business management and operations.

Throughout his career, Peter has seen how business owners often become consumed with the daily grind, leaving little room for strategy, growth, or family life. Too often, it is the family that pays the price for that imbalance.

At Serve, Peter draws on his background in commercial management to bring clarity, structure, and strategic results to our clients. Together with our specialised team of experts — spanning website design, search engine optimisation, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, copywriting, and more — Peter helps business owners implement cost effective systems that deliver growth without sacrificing family time.
